在做研究的過程中, 研究文獻的探討是不可缺少的!

　

我想我在研究所的學習, 一定是閱讀過上千篇的論文

而我的論文跨越組織學習及醫療管理, 這兩方面的


文獻我都要看, 總共引用超過 300文章

　

其中一個心得就是, 論文的出處滿重要的!!!





在美國的研究期刊也是有等級的, 如 Tier2, Tier2 等等

我發現 tier1 的文章在研究方法及邏輯上真的就是寫的好





所以我就把 Social Sciences Citation Index 上幾個我會參考


領域的論文期刊找出來, 其中的 impact factor 就是一個


參考指標, the higher, the more influential.


　

我想這對做研究的人來說是很有用的, 像 New York Times


上有關 health 的新聞很多也是引用這些期刊中最新的研究發現
